FAQ
1. CAN WE BRING PETS OR PROPS?
Absolutely! I encourage you to bring anythings that makes your session more meaningful fur babies, blankets, books, or special items.
2. DO I PAY RIGHT AWAY?
To secure your session date, a 25% non- refundable retainer is required at the time of the booking. This ensures your spot is secured and allows me to begin planning for your shoot. The remaining balance must be paid full no later than one day prior to the session. Otherwise, the event will be viewed as cancelled if the second payment is not received.
3. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING POLICY?
Florida weather has a mind of its own so if it looks like rain, we'll keep an eye on it together and make the call closer to time. I offer one free reschedule as long as you give me at least 48 hours' notice.
Clients may cancel their session up to 3 days prior to the scheduled date to receive full refund.
4. WHAT HAPPENS IF WE'RE RUNNING LATE?
I totally get it- things happen, especially with kids (or traffic!) I always recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to settle in and avoid feeling rushed. If you're running late, just shoot me a quick message.
Please note: sessions are booked back-to-back or around lighting, so arriving late may shorten your session time and will end as originally scheduled. I'll do my best to make the most of every minute we have!
